In Loving Memory of Kylee Bean
The community of Wolcott, Vermont, is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 43-year-old Kylee Bean, whose life was tragically taken on the night of March 1, 2026, in a fatal motor vehicle incident that remains under investigation.
According to the Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were notified at approximately 11:05 p.m. that an individual had been transported to Copley Hospital by a friend after reportedly sustaining significant abdominal trauma caused by being run over by a motor vehicle. Despite all efforts, hospital staff determined that the victim had succumbed to her injuries.
She was later identified as Kylee Bean, 43, of Wolcott.
Through the course of the investigation, deputies identified the vehicle involved as a white 2019 Ford F-550 with a dump body, operated by 52-year-old Todd Glowa, also of Wolcott. Authorities determined that the incident is believed to have occurred around 9:00 p.m. in the area of Elmore Pond Road and Brookview Lane in the Town of Wolcott.
The Morristown Police Department assisted at the scene, and the circumstances surrounding the tragic event remain under active investigation. Authorities have asked anyone with information related to the incident to contact the Lamoille County Sheriff’s Department.
While the investigation continues, the focus for many is on remembering Kylee Bean — not for the tragic way her life ended, but for the life she lived and the impact she made in her community.
