In Loving Memory of Steven R. Husk Jr. 🕊️
With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we pause to honor and remember the life of Steven R. Husk Jr., whose life was tragically taken on the morning of March 27, 2026, in a devastating crash along US Route 36 in Coshocton County, Ohio. His sudden passing has left a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew him.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at approximately 6:14 a.m. when troopers responded to a two-vehicle head-on collision near milepost 12. Steven, 41, of Warsaw, Ohio, was traveling westbound in his 2005 Saturn Ion when his vehicle crossed the center line, colliding with an eastbound 2016 Chevy Silverado driven by Charles W. Litten, 76. The impact was severe, and despite the swift arrival of emergency responders, Steven was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.
In the wake of this heartbreaking incident, we reflect not on the circumstances of his passing, but on the life he lived. Steven was more than a name in a report—he was a son, a friend, a neighbor, and a cherished member of his community. Those who knew him will remember his presence, his spirit, and the moments he shared with the people around him. Whether through laughter, quiet conversations, or simple everyday interactions, Steven left behind memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of many.
His passing is a reminder of how fragile life can be and how quickly everything can change. It calls us to hold our loved ones a little closer, to speak words of kindness more often, and to never take a single moment for granted.
As the investigation into the crash continues, we stand in solidarity with Steven’s family during this incredibly difficult time. No words can truly ease the pain of such a sudden loss, but may they find comfort in the love that surrounds them and in the lasting legacy Steven leaves behind.
We also extend our gratitude to the first responders and assisting agencies—including the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office, Coshocton County EMS, the Ohio Department of Transportation, and Prince’s Wrecker Services—who worked diligently at the scene with professionalism and care.
Today, we remember Steven R. Husk Jr. not for how he left this world, but for how he lived in it. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his memory forever be a blessing to those who knew and loved him.
🕊️ Rest in peace, Steven. You will never be forgotten.
