According to authorities, the heartbreaking incident occurred just after 10:00 p.m. along State Road 933, south of Darden Road. Responding officers arrived at the scene near La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham South Bend, where they discovered a single vehicle that had been involved in a serious roadway incident. Kendall Ashley, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, sadly passed away at the scene.
While the circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation, the loss of Kendall Ashley has left a profound void in the hearts of family, friends, and all who knew and loved them.
