Fatal Motorcycle Crash Reported on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach
PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. — Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred early Saturday morning in front of Alvin’s Island, located at 9401 Thomas Drive.
According to the Panama City Beach Police Department, officers responded to the scene following reports of a serious crash involving a motorcycle. Upon arrival, they discovered one person had sustained fatal injuries.
Traffic along Thomas Drive was temporarily affected as investigators processed the scene and cleared the roadway. The identity of the victim has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash and are urging drivers to remain cautious, especially during early morning hours.
